Returns

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Luxurious Skincare. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Luxuriousskincare@protonmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products, cosmetics and personal beauty devices cannot be returned due to a change of mind. Eligible items must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging.

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
